Success @ Work is a high impact work maintenance program designed to assist unemployed or under-employed (under 20 hours per week) individuals understand and cope with the changing workplace and enhance their employability prospects. The program consists of 5 modules and lasts 14 days. Upon completion of the program, clients receive free career counseling on a monthly basis for up to 6 months. 70% of all participants find meaningful employment within 90 days of completing this program. If you are in job transition, and are a resident of the Upper Fraser Valley of British Columbia, and are eligible to work in Canada, you can gain all the benefits of taking this program absolutely free of cost. Human Resources and Skills Development Canada sponsors this program on a monthly basis. If you are interested in taking this program, you will want to attend one of the weekly orientation sessions that we hold here at the Strategic offices. In about 25 minutes, you will find out exactly what you will be learning and get a feel for who we are and what the course is all about. The first thing that you should do is to give us a phone call at 604-854-6292 and register for an orientation session. Orientation sessions are held here at our offices, and take about 25 minutes. At the orientation, we will give you a quick overview of what you will be learning in the course. Best of all, you'll get a feel for the warmth and care of our staff and be able to have a no pressure look at who we are.
