Strategies for Building an Exceptional Business are courses specifically designed to shape the thinking of owners, senior organizational managers, and those being groomed for leadership.  Courses for business owners and senior managers are each run once a year.

The Strategies Sessions were originally designed for the exclusive use of our business consulting clients.  Over time we realized the need to develop leadership skills in owners and senior managers was much greater than we originally thought .  Since that time, over three hundred businesses have participated in the courses, and without exception have said they would recommend them to others.

The courses synthesize the knowledge acquired consulting with hundreds of businesses and non-profit organizations over the past twenty eight years, and packs it into ten concise lessons for each leadership group.

As a participant, you will challenged to begin to sharpen your entrepreneurial thinking and develop skills around the ten core competencies needed to effectively run your business or grow your senior management skills. 

The Strategy Sessions are:

• Small enough for you to meet and interact with other business owners or senior managers. Enrollment is limited to twelve business owners and twelve senior managers each year.
• Locally held one or two mornings a month to minimize time away from your business responsibilities.
• Skill based and designed for you to immediately implement what you've learned in each session.
