Shelaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and has taken additional training in Conflict Management at the Justice Institute. Her areas of expertise include Personal Style assessment, conflict and time management and team building. Shelaine also brings extensive experience in interviewing candidates in both the private and non-profit sectors. From this knowledge, she assists clients with practical, step-by-step preparation for success in interviewing.

Shelaine’s seminars encourage her class members to take greater personal responsibility, increase their skills in time, stress, and conflict management and clarify their personal boundaries. Her classes invite interaction and discussion and give people opportunity to ask questions and practice new skills.
