Trevor's expertise is in leadership development, sales management, executive coaching and developing entrepreneurial skills. His formal training has focused on building teams, equipping leaders and developing strategies to help organizations get their employees engaged and motivated. In addition Trevor has a strong knowledge of group dynamics and temperament theory. Having presented before hundreds of audiences on a variety of topics, Trevor is an accomplished speaker and group facilitator.

Trevor has worked with leaders and their teams since 1998. He has worked with a large variety of industries, from non profit to manufacturing, to distribution and retail.

Trevor currently coaches a variety of business leaders and their teams on a regular basis, and also facilitates several corporate boards.

Trevor currently coaches business owners and management teams in Greater Vancouver and throughout Western Canada.
