Success @ Work is a high impact work maintenance and self-development program designed to assist unemployed or under-employed (under 20 hours per week) individuals understand and cope with the changing workplace and enhance their employability prospects.
The program consists of 5 modules and lasts 14 days. Upon completion of Success @ Work, clients receive follow up care for up to 3 months.
60 - 70% of all participants find meaningful employment within 90 days of completing this program.
If you are in job transition, are a resident of the Upper Fraser Valley of British Columbia and are eligible to work in Canada, you can gain all the benefits of taking this program absolutely free of cost. The government of British Columbia sponsors Success @ Work on a monthly basis.
