Strategic was founded in 1979 as a crisis management firm. We learned at that time that while the crisis was always about money, the real problems were usually rooted in the habits and practices of the business leaders. Money was just a symptom of a deeper problem.

We also found that, time and again leaders were dealing with the same set of problems regardless of the industry that the business was in such as:

• The business consuming the owner’s life
• Business and family partnership conflicts
• Attracting and holding talented people
• Unresolved conflict leading to silos and turf wars
• Plateaued earnings
• Getting team focus and buy in

In the mid-1980’s we made a conscious choice to focus on coaching leaders and their teams in the core competencies that they need in order to have healthy teams, balanced lives, and increased earnings.

Since then we’ve helped hundreds of leaders achieve greater health both in their businesses and personal lives.
